Course Overview

Have you ever struggled to say no to someone? Is it difficult for you to express when you have felt let down? Do you worry about disappointing others or have trouble dealing with people with difficult personalities?

In my 15 years as a pastor the number one challenge I have seen for people of all ages and stages is how to have boundaries. As people who are to be identified by how we love, discerning, communicating, and implementing boundaries can feel antithetical to following the way of Jesus. But this could not be further from the truth. Boundaries are not meant to be barbed-wried fences to keep people out, but instead they are essential for showing up in the world as our most loving self in all circumstances with all relationships.

Join me in this 7 session course as we explore the life and teaching of Jesus to find a new way to think about boundaries, making them feel less daunting or more loving. Use the the accompanying notes sheets to help you process the content and get the most out of this course!
